In most cases your order will come directly from the manufacteror. Prices in our salon ARE higher and sales and items found on this site are NOT available in our salon. Becuase of this some items sold here could take up to 5 weeks to get.. Petticoats and Pettipants could take up to 15 weeks, depanding on the season to be filled as this is a very small but very good company. Please be patient as some items are made as they are ordered.
We cannot ship to outside the continental USA, Post Office Boxes or to APO or FPO address.
There is a $50.00 miniumun on makeup sales. This is exclusive of makeup. NOT the total order. Please understand that $45.00 in wigs/shoes/petticoats and $15.00 in makeup will be rejected.
Buyer assumes cost of return.We will only replace defective item and at no time issue a refund.
We cannot be responsible for damage by shipping or handling, please contact the shipper.
Returns and Exchanges
Our goal is to have an informed and satisfied customer. Because we discount most of our items - we cannot incur a lot of returns and restocking fees. Federal law prohibits the return of articles worn against the body for health and sanitary reasons. Be sure to provide us with your correct measurements so we can size you properly.
The following items are not returnable:
- All lingerie (panties, bras, slips, waist cinchers, gaffs, corsets, stockings, pantyhose, girdles.
- Wigs and cosmetics for sanitary reasons
- Any custom made item (corsets, maid uniforms, etc.)
- Breast forms
- Shoes, gloves, Books, Magazines, Videos
- Any merchandise stained, worn, torn or abused in any way is not returnable.
Under no circumstances can we accept any worn garments for return.
All items are new direct from the manufacturer. All sales are final unless there is a clear factory defect.
